Entering your information

Enter information about yourself in ‘Personal information’ and ‘Contact information’ sections, verify your phone number (landline – by calling from this number and entering the code that you will see on our webpage, mobile – by entering an SMS code on our webpage).

Enter your passport information by clicking ‘Add document’ in ‘Personal information’ section.

INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED TO NCO MONETA.RU FOR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

For Russian citizens

First, middle and last name (or other legal or traditional name);
time and place of birth;
citizen’s passport information: series and number of document, time of issuance, name and code (if there’s a code) of issuer;
residential address (registered address);
Tax ID (if issued).

For foreign citizens outside Russia

First, middle and last name (or other legal or traditional name);
time and place of birth;
passport information of a foreign citizen or other document¹, issued by a foreign state and acknowledged as a document identifying the person without citizenship according the international treaty of Russia$
residential address (registered address) or address of stay.

For foreign citizens on the territory of Russia

First, middle and last name (or other legal or traditional name);
time and place of birth;
passport information of a foreign citizen or other document², issued by a foreign state and acknowledged as a document identifying the person without citizenship according the international treaty of Russia;
residential address (registered address) or address of stay;
information of a migration card (number, date of beginning of stay, date of ending of stay);
information of a document³, certifying the right of a foreign citizen to stay (reside) in Russia: series and number, date of beginning of legal stay (residence), date of ending of legal stay (residence);
Tax ID (if issued).

Verification of your information

Verification is done by mailing a notarized identification request form of NCO Moneta.ru.

If you are outside Russian Federation, the request form must be notarized in a Russian consular office of your territory.

Steps:

Download and print the request form;
Complete the form and have it notarized in a public notary office or consular office;

ATTENTION: DATE AND SIGNATURE ARE TO BE PUT IN NOTARY’S PRESENCE.

Send the original request form by registered mail or courier service:

for persons without Russian citizenship, residing in Russia

Russian residence permit.

for other person without citizenship

document, issued by a foreign state and acknowledged as a document identifying the person without citizenship according the international treaty of Russia;
temporary residence permit;
residence permit;
other documents, allowed by federal law or acknowledged as a document identifying the person without citizenship according the international treaty of Russia.

for refugees

certificate of considering an application for refugee status, issued by the diplomatic or consular office of the Russian Federation or the immigration control post or territorial body of the federal executive authority for the migration service;
refugee certificate.
